PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Due to the nature of the product, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or return custom orders. We only offer replacements.
NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
If you need to return a product, you can email our team at contact@pjulan.com stating your name and order number and the reason why you wish to return it.
Our customer service will ask you some mandatory questions about your return to prevent abuse.
You can return a product up to 30 days after the delivery date. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging. Keep the receipt. The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned products in the original form of payment.
If you wish to make an exchange, we will accept it as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. In this case, you will be credited an amount equal to the amount spent upon arrival or we will make the change for you.
Refund processing may take 3 to 7 business days and may take longer depending on your financial institution.

*If you decide to return items, you are responsible for shipping costs.
